Relaxation Massage
Book this if you’re experiencing: muscle soreness, circulation issues, post-exercise soreness, headaches and postural imbalances
What techniques to expect in a session: soft tissue therapy, stretching, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release
Note: this is not ideal for a recent severe injury
Remedial Massage
Book this if you’re experiencing: repetitive strain injuries, headaches, neck pain, work and lifestyle related injuries, back pain, joint stiffness, pain in any part of the body
What techniques to expect in a session: soft and deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching, joint mobilisations, myofascial release
Note: this is not ideal for a recent severe injury
Deep Tissue Massage
Book this if you’re experiencing: musculoskeletal issues, strains and sports injuries, back and neck pain, posture-related problems, osteoarthritic discomfort, fibromyalgia
What techniques to expect in a session: sustained firm pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues, a full-body technique that targets trigger points
