Soothes and relieves lower back inflammation for me so well !

Have used it after showering for many years, removes and soothes the pain.
Shared it with a visiting French soccer player who thanked me profusely, as our training sessions are harder here !

Best "rub" on the market

Love, love, love the Emu Spirit Arthritic & Muscular Rub. I haven't needed a chiropractic session since I discovered it more than 15 years ago.

At the time, I had lower back issues, couldn't straighten up for months and sometimes couldn't get out of bed without assistance. I needed a support belt to stand up and walk around.

Initially, I didn't think it was working. It doesn't have the burning sensation associated with most rubs. It took a few days to show its impact and my lower back got better and better the more I used it. The healing effect is long-term.

In the first year, I probably used up 2-3 jars. Now one jar lasts me 2-3 years. I recommend using it 3-4 times a day for severe muscular strain or arthritis, then taper off to twice daily until your issue resolves.

This rub is so good I have bought more jars as gifts for others than for myself.

Best ever muscular rub.

Without a doubt, this product works. I honestly use it daily. Muscular, or arthritic pain is highly reduced with regular use. But do massage or rub it in. We find applying it lightly topically, is not as effective as when it is massaged in. But I honestly keep my cupboard well stocked with this product. We prefer the muscular rub in the jar. Great smell too.
