How to use

Topical Applications:

When applied topically 2-3 times daily or as required, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may bring rapid temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with inflammation based conditions, as well as damaged skin.

Use a few drops in a warm bath to aid treatment of arthritic and muscular aches and pains and sporting injuries. It also leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft and smooth.

Internal Applications:

When taken orally, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may be beneficial in providing temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with arthritis, rheumatism, PMS, eczema and psoriasis.

Recommended Daily dosage:

Start up Dosage (First 8-12 weeks): 5mL-10mL daily

For advanced and long standing conditions: 10mL – 15mL daily 

Maintenance Dosage and general health: 2.5mL – 5mL daily

5mL = 1 teaspoon

Like most natural products, the Emu Spirit range will need time to take effect. Products should be used consistently and for the minimum period of time for best results.

Instant results

I have long-term arthritis in my hand which has required 24 hour pain-killers.
Recently I remembered my old Aboriginal friends telling me they never got arthritis because they used emu oil. I bought Emu Spirit pure emu oil and had instant results from the very first application. The swelling of my hand reduced in the first 24 hours and I have not needed a single pain-killer since then. I continue to apply it every day, my arthritis is improving, and am also using on my injured knee. A great natural product and highly recommended.
